Thoughts come
thoughts go
where they come from I just don't know
but they come
love, anger, disgust
thoughts that race from the heart
to the brain
from the brain to the pen
and from pen to paper
they come swift
sometimes I can't keep up with them
swiftly they come
only to pause but for a few seconds
while I try to remember how to spell
a certain word
thoughts come
thoughts go
so, I must write them down
least I forget tommorrow.
